After a successful migration, we’re now looking to the future and thinking about how we can improve the service.
We’ve listened to your feedback and have increased the default email limit for BOS’s integrated email tool from 1,000 to 5,000 emails.
This means that Project and Organisation account users can now send:
- 5,000 invitation emails per survey
- 4x 5,000 reminder emails per survey
This increase will be automatically applied to any new or unlaunched surveys.
Remember: if your respondent list exceeds 5,000 respondents, you can still issue unique links by exporting your respondent list.
