There is currently a significant disruption to the Online Surveys platform. The development team has been working hard to identify the cause which we now believe to be the result of a recent automatic upgrade.
The system has been down since around 4am (GMT) on 25 February. Although at this stage we cannot give a concrete timeframe of when Online Surveys will be back up and fully functioning, we want to assure you that the team is working on a couple of fixes that we hope will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We appreciate that this may be causing major inconveniences for you and your colleagues with regards to your surveys, and we sincerely apologise for that.
