UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved.
Our technical team is currently investigating a problem with how PDFs are being rendered.
While we look to find a solution. Please use this workaround:
- Open Online Surveys (BOS) in Google Chrome.
- On the Analysis Summary page, press CTRL+P.
- In the Print screen, change the Destination from your printer to ‘Save as PDF’
This will give an approximation of the PDF export Online Surveys usually produces.
Our technical team has suggested that a fix will be made within 1 week.
