We plan to take Online Surveys offline on Tuesday 16 April, 08:00 – 09:00 BST. Both users and survey respondents will see our maintenance message during this time.
Why will Online Surveys be offline?
Most of the time, when we release new features, we can do this without users or respondents noticing. But sometimes, making more complex changes mean that we need to take the service offline.
The main reason for this is to protect your data while these changes are being made.
What changes are being made?
We are creating a new way for users to trial Online Surveys.
We are also making changes that will allow us to release more new features over the coming weeks.
