The message “This part of the survey uses a table of questions, view as separate questions instead?” is an accessibility requirement and cannot be removed.
The option to “view as separate questions” allows participants to break a grid question or scale/rank question out into individual questions. This assists participants who use screen readers and participants who may find the tabular format difficult to understand. It also assists participants using small screens (e.g. those completing the survey using a mobile phone) who may find that breaking a large table into individual questions makes the survey easier to complete.
