We are letting you know of urgent unscheduled maintenance planned for version 2 (v2) of Online Surveys from Monday 4 March at 08:00 for up to 48 hours.
While the maintenance is taking place, v2 will not be accessible and respondents will not be able to submit responses to open surveys.
Version 3 (v3) of Online Surveys is unaffected and operating as normal.
The maintenance will fix an on-going issue with v2 where users who are currently analysing responses may see some inconsistencies in the number of responses they can see. Some responses may not be visible, and the number of responses displayed might fluctuate each time you access the platform.
We encourage all users to transition to v3 of Online Surveys which is unaffected and operating as normal. Please also note that v2 will be discontinued on 31 July 2024.
